Inspire and experiment with AI-powered choreography, interactively generate content, or amplify movement through other sensory modalities.

A set of tools for motion analysis and synthesis, supported by an open and modular creative methodology. The tools support users with different levels of technical expertise, as standalone applications, customisable features, and code modification.

REUSING THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPED THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT

Open source set of tools for dance creation. The AI-Toolbox provides performance artists and companies with a set of software tools that use both machine learning (ML)-based and explicit algorithms to transform the body movement to sound and images inspired and expressed by natural elements and patterns, qualitative and quantitative movement properties, and non-anthropomorphic avatars.

Instituto Stocos regularly organises workshops and training sessions for artists, researchers and digital creators to experiment with and learn about the use of the tools, and the possibilities to integrate them in performances.

ICK Dans Amsterdam has also developed experimental art installations with the AI-Toolbox, while exploring their use for dance creation and education.
