About this page

This page presents the technological components of the PREMIERE project and promotes their reuse and adoption by artists, venues, researchers and the entertainment industry. These tools support the entire life cycle of the performing arts through an ecosystem of digital applications for the production, curation, analysis, and interpretation of dance and theatre works. They integrate AI and XR applications, advancing interdisciplinary innovation and opening new creative possibilities.

About the project

RREMIERE is an interdisciplinary research project funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe scheme (Grant agreement ID: 101061303). Its mission has been to foster the use of digital technologies in the performing arts, under the motto: “Performing arts in a new era: AI and XR tools for better understanding, preservation, enjoyment, and accessibility.” The project ran for three years (October 2022 – September 2025), bringing together 12 European research and arts partners to shape the future of performing arts.
